CSR – SOIL PROTECTION
Watchguard believes that CSR activities are not only about social uplifting but also, contribute immensely in terms of environmental protection as day-to-day activities of people have increased the level of pollution, in turn releases harmful toxicants. For the sustainable environment and protection of people’s interests, the Watchguard have accepted to contribute effectively for the larger benefit of the society.
Watchguard CSR projects has undertaken some major elements of environmental protection that believes to be essential.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY:
It is concerned of Watchguard as to whether environmental resources will be protected and maintained for future generations. Depleting water levels, usage of chemical fertilizer, and especially protection of the virgin soil, are some of the environmental issues faced.
ECOLOGICAL BALANCE:
We thrive to maintain the balance between the environment and the living organisms. We direct our CSR through activities such as tree planting and educate and promote to the mass about the flow of essential and optimum use of resources.
PROTECTION OF FLORA AND FAUNA:
Watchguard works to conserve biodiversity through connecting, working together, and communicating information to local communities. We promote the creation of plants that enable people and nature to coexist in harmony, and seek to become a company that is needed by people across the country.
MAINTENANCE OF SOIL, WATER, AND AIR:
Watchguard CSR undertakes numerous projects to boost the productivity in the ecosystem by encouraging development, spreading awareness use of eco-friendly biocultural produce in conducting agricultural activity, and soil protection in reservoirs such as ponds and tanks by planting trees.
